South Dakota Association of Pharmacy Technicians

Sandi Shay has been a pharmacy technician for 46 years. She started out a Vilas Pharmacy in Pierre South Dakota. During her time as a pharmacy technician, she was in the first group of women to be certified in the state in 1995, and also helped to pioneer telepharmacy in South Dakota. Now working in Lead, she is a strong supporter of tech education and training, and serves as a prime example to pharmacy technicians everywhere.
